The oldest of 3 children, Matthew currently lives in Arlington, TX with his wife, toddler son and two dogs. Matthew earned a Bachelor's in Communication from the University of Champaign-Urbana. Since then he has excelled as a sales specialist with a focus on creating solutions for clients based on their specific objectives, which has helped him in his real estate career. As a sales specialist, Matthew set numerous records in performance-based initiatives and earned a ranking of 3rd in his sales district in a previous position. Matthew has received recognition for placing 1st in strategic product sales. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate professional, Matthew gained knowledge and experience in the acquisition of investment properties through his membership in a real estate investing association. Matthew is very knowledgeable about the process for marketing and prospecting for off-market deals. Further, he is able to analyze investments for rehab and rental properties.
