“Move With Marissa”
Hi, my name is Marissa Montejano and I have been working in real estate since 2015. I was born and raised in Surfside Beach and have called Brazoria County home for over 25 years. Real estate is something I grew up with as I watched my grandmother operate her own real estate business and my father dive into property development.
I am passionate about where I live and also love many different aspects of our surrounding cities. Our county has so many different things to offer and I look forward to helping you find the best fit for you.
I graduated with my Bachelor's Degree from Texas State University-San Marcos in 2013. After living in Austin for a year, I moved to Jones Creek, while I began my real estate classes. I opened up my own small business, a drive-thru daiquiri bar(Texas is cool like that), in Surfside in 2015 and I owned my own home there for over four years. I now am a resident and home owner in Lake Jackson while raising my toddler son. I've helped first time home buyers, people moving across the country to call Texas home and clients ready for a fresh start. I want to make your buying or selling experience as easy as possible. This prompted me to pursue opening up my own brokerage in the fall of 2023, Rita's Real Estate LLC.
My free time is filled with reading a good book, spending time with my family and friends, navigating parenting a toddler and playing with my dog. When you choose to Move with Marissa, you're getting a local broker that is knowledgeable, reliable and ready to meet all of your real estate needs.
