Mariela Campalans

Mariela Campalans originally from Caracas, Venezuela is a professionally trained graphic and industrial designer who became a Realtor after moving back to the United States with her family in 2007. She is a graduate of The Newman Institute of Art and Design. Completely fluent in English and Spanish she is a native Spanish speaker.

Mariela's formal training in interior design and industrial design have proven to be extremely beneficial in the world of real estate. Her consistent high sales volume has made her one of the top producers in the high-end premier property and corporate relocation markets.

While working in a previous real estate company, Mariela was awarded Top Producer for having 18 million in individual listings in 2012 and 2013. She was ranked number 4 in production for the Houston region receiving a top regional producer award.

Easy to work with and always looking for reciprocity in negotiations, Mariela greatly enjoys assisting people in their quest for a perfect property of which they plan to live or purchase as an investment. This very busy, happy realtor enjoys yoga, spinning and any type of social time. She is married and the proud mother of two children who are attending Cornell University and The University of Texas as pre-med students.
