About Marie Dougherty

I have been serving the Montgomery county and the surrounding areas for over 20 years. I pride myself in being familiar with the market shifts and keeping a close eye on changes in order to guide my clients in the selling and buying process.

I believe that knowledge is the best tool that a buyer or seller can have and my goal is to make sure my clients are armed with the necessary information throughout the sale or purchase of their home. Every individual has very specific needs and my purpose is to sort, clarify and prioritize so that educated decisions can be made in the purchase or sale of their home.
