My name is Maria Alanis, I have been a Real Estate Agent for 17 years. I began to have an interest in Real Estate at an early age when I started working for a Real Estate Firm as a Secretary. I work with Sellers, First Time Homebuyers, Investors etc.. I have closed over 120 Real Estate Transactions throughout my Real Esate Career. Most of my clients are referrals and for that I feel confident in myself that I have done a good job for past clients who put their confidence in me to send me their family, relatives,friends so I can help them with their Real Estate needs. I put my clients interest as priority. I put myself in the buyer's place to be able to help them the best way possible to meet their needs make the dream of becoming a homeowner or a second or third + homeowner. I put myself in the seller's place to be able to determine the best marketing strategy to make sure they sell their home and make the best profit. In the end it comes down to making Home ownership possible and that is what I strive to accomplish. There are many options out there for everyone. I help clients bring up their credit scores so they can be ready for Homeownership, I also provide information about any downpayment programs available. At this time we are working with a program called SETH which is a 5% down grant available for Homebuyers if they qualify. This money does not have to be paid back.
