Margaret started her real estate career in 2005 in Delaware. In 2006, her family moved to North Carolina where she earned her real estate license in North Carolina and Virginia. As a realtor in North Carolina, she served on the Board of Realtors from 2011-2013 and was the President of the Board of Realtors in 2013. In 2014, Margaret and her family moved to the suburbs of Houston, TX.
Margaret is a full time REALTOR® with Benevides & Associates. She is a member of National Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and Houston Association of Realtors.
Since joining Benevides & Associates as a full time agent in April 2015, Margaret earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation as a way to stand out to prospective home buyers and sellers as a REALTOR® who has gained in-depth market knowledge, increased proficiency in a broad array of subjects to enhance professionalism and business success. She has also earned the Luxury Home Specialist Accreditation.
