Lyndsie is a fantastic realtor. She helped us navigate the insane housing market, found us a great home in the area we needed and sold our old house in record time with multiple offers!
When it came to listing, she did a walk through, explained the fixes we should consider and the little updates that were not as necessary. Everything moved quickly from photography to listing and we were set up with a phone messaging system for showings. We received multiple offers, several over asking price. We sold and closed in 2 weeks!
After lots of looking to figure out what we wanted/needed in our next home, (we were moving an hour away to an unfamiliar area) Lyndsie educated us on areas and subdivisions, new construction versus existing homes and helped us make an offer that stood out and above the many other offers the sellers received. She also helped us after the sale with a list of good vendors to help make the new place more our own.

Lyndsie helped us both sell and buy a property. The whole process from our first meeting until we closed on our new home was about 7 months and during this time Lyndsie stayed in contact with us to make sure everything stayed on track; we never felt ignored or dismissed during the entire process. The home we sold was older and needed a bit of work to be sell ready (including the dreaded foundation); she has a network of contractors that help us out to get the home updated before we listed. Upon listing during the major housing shortage and having 30 showings in 3 days; she easily helped us navigate through more than 15 offers to find the right deal for us.

After accepting the offer to sell, we had expected to be in endless losing bidding wars on house we felt so-so about. Not with Lyndsie! After knowing our needs for a house and looking at a few terrible flips we had picked to see, she showed us that we could afford new construction (thus no bidding wars to try and win). After only 1 day of showings, we had found new construction in our #1 area. We are beyond thrilled with our new home.
