We had a very unusual piece of property. Loraina was ALL IN. She got us listed, made recommendations, came up with a fair market price. Then the market turned down. Loraina stepped up her game, she held several open houses, did special marketing to special markets and even came up with a few “out of the box” ideas. Well it worked. We got our place sold. She is responsive, kind and caring. Things you can’t teach someone. She even brought me dinner at least twice while I was working on the house and didn’t have time to grab dinner.
