Linda Holder is a Real Estate Broker specializing in Fort Bend County and Southwest Houston, including Sugar Land and Missouri City, and is happy to offer you the benefit of decades of experience selling both new and resale homes.

Her expertise lies in knowing what steps to take to get the job done right, and she believe her success comes from the countless referrals and words of praise from those she has helped over the years. She is especially proud to have helped many of her buyers and sellers close their fourth and fifth real estate transactions, and some even more.

She gives thorough attention to detail from start to finish, and she goes above and beyond to ensure that no detail is overlooked, anticipating and deflecting potential problems in order to facilitate a smooth transaction.

Linda and husband Ron met in Houston after college and have two children, both graduates of the University of Texas, and four grandchildren. Their son lives in Austin and their daughter has lived wherever the Navy sent her husband, which has been everywhere from South Carolina to California to Georgia to Connecticut to Hawaii, all destinations that have become fun family vacations through the years. Now they are settled in Sugar Land.

In her spare time, Linda is active in three non-profit organizations in the area, including Sugar Land Garden Club where she is the liaison for Habitat for Humanity, plus she enjoys gardening in their courtyard, crafts and spending time with family.

Linda is a past member of the Professional Standards and Ethics Committee, plus she was selected to Who's Who in Residential Real Estate in North America and has received REALTOR Emeritus status though the National Association of REALTORS. She is also a member of the Houston Association of REALTORS and the Texas Association of REALTORS.
