My husband and I have been blessed to have Laura as our realtor for the past 5 years. She is extremely knowledgeable in various aspects of the housing market. She’s helped us buy multiple homes, find amazing tenants and this last time around, sell one of our properties! When I say she is on TOP of every step, I mean, she is the BEST and always several steps ahead! Our buyer caught us off guard and decided to close way sooner than expected. Our contractors couldn’t come out to complete the agreed upon repairs on time but Laura quickly stepped in and saved the day. She immediately scheduled a last minute cleaning and HVAC services needed before closing. Everything ran smoothly and we closed as scheduled. It is clear Laura LOVES what she does, giving 100% through the entire process. Laura and her team are absolutely the BEST!
