Welcome to your new home that has NEVER FLOODED (per seller)! The entry is shared with only one other unit. There are beautiful crepe myrtle trees. The grounds are maintained by the HOA (and the landscapers arrived right after the picture was taken!)
There is a two car attached garage - so convenient! There are also several guest parking spaces. The street and drainage was replaced around 2018-19 and the foundation assessed in 2019 and nothing was found to be wrong with this unit per seller.
This is a gated community in a wonderful location. You have a remote control to get into the gate and there is a code for guests to enter!
The front door is surrounded by glass and there are plantation shutters on the side windows. There is no carpet in this home - all beautiful engineered hand scraped wood floor on the first and second level and tile in the bathrooms. The entry is 7x6.
There is a two story living room and open to the dining room and kitchen.
There is a wall of built in cabinets that provide plenty of storage. There is also a wood burning fireplace and ceiling fan. The door leads to the private patio.

Note the two ovens - one is small and the other larger. This is ideal for cooking! There is also a built in microwave, double sink, trey ceiling and lots of natural sunlight.
The window looks out to the patio. There are plantation shutters for this window if you prefer to cover the window.

The stairs have engineered wood treads and tile - an example that when they remodeled they did not take short cuts. There is a landing halfway up (very nice to have!). Upstairs are the two bedrooms, study and two baths.
The primary bedroom is very large and features engineered wood floors, ceiling fan, high angled ceiling and attached balcony. 
This view shows that there are double doors leading from the upstairs hall into the bedroom which makes the bedroom feel grand.
You can see that the bedroom is open to the study and downstairs. The hall leads to the second bedroom with ensuite bath. There is also a walk in hall closet. There is so much storage in this home.
The study is in the far corner. It is attached but you cannot see the desk from this angle.
The solid double doors lead to the ensuite bath. The glass double doors lead to your private balcony. It's great to have outdoor space on both sides of the unit. 
The study off the primary BR has beautiful and functional built ins with 4 file and 4 pencil drawers, large desk, cabinets, cubby holes and shelves. It also has a cute round window.
The study looks over the family room. Doors can be added if you would like. The seller loves the extra light coming into the room and expansive feel when the curtains are open.
The 9x7 balcony off the primary bedroom is covered, has slate tile and a ceiling fan.
The balcony looks to the front of the unit and is a great place to relax and talk to your neighbors. 
The primary bathroom has been remodeled and features a gigantic tile shower with two shower heads and benches. It also has two sinks, quartz counters, a large window for natural light and a separate water closet.
