Tomball is rich with Texas history & so is this "Sunday" house. Not familiar with the terminology? A Sunday house was a small home (the OG Tiny House) that turn of the century rural farmers & ranchers owned as a place to stay when they came into town to do business, socialize, & attend church. This old girl was built in approx 1905 & came from a ranch in the Cypress area. In the 70's, she was purchased & moved to the Frey ranch off of Cypress Rosehill in Tomball where she was one of Tomball's first Bed & Breakfast & enjoyed many years w/ the family. After the Frey ranch was sold, & then sold again to a developer, the Sunday house was rescued & relocated to Old Towne Tomball. She now graces a HUGE 16,000+ sq ft lot. Recent updates include new HVAC system, Tankless Water heater, Plumbing, Roof, & deck. So many possibilities & plenty of space to make it happen! Add a shop/studio, another wing, gardens. She's a quick golfcart ride to Main St for dinner, drinks, shopping, festivals.
