The beautiful front elevation on this 1980's custom contemporary features contrasting stacked stone and wood along with a unique multi-tiered roof line that captures the essence of vintage Woodlands architecture. The roof was replaced in March 2024.
The beautiful lagoon shaped pool was refurbished in 2022. The picture windows give a great view of the pool and wooded back yard from the interior. The doors to the right are off of the primary suite.
The wide porch and double door entrance with stacked stone and windows up to the roofline is a grand entrance to this beautiful home.
The beautiful Saltillo tile greets you as you enter the home. 
Pulling back, you can see how the cathedral ceiling in the family room makes for a grand entrance. The gas log fireplace with custom wood paneling separates the family room from the dining room.
The picture windows overlook the lagoon shaped pool and wooded back yard. These windows were replaced in 2023. Notice the flow and openness of the home through the dining room and kitchen to the right of the picture as well as upstairs open game room.

The Saltillo tile runs through the kitchen and breakfast room/den area. Built in bookshelves in the primary bedroom loft would make this a great place to set up a loft study or home library.

The primary bath was upgraded in the fall of 2021. The owners did a great job of capturing the vintage feel with a modern flair.

The walk-in bathtub sits on a gorgeous mosaic tile floor that continues around the privacy wall into the oversized custom shower.
Beautifully updated in 2021, the walk in shower is very open and spacious and features an adjustable hand wand shower head along with traditional shower head. Notice the linear shower drain and tile mosaic floor.
The shower bench and shampoo shelf are perfectly placed for ease and functionality.

The upstairs game room is surrounded by the 3 secondary bedrooms. The side patio is directly outside of the French doors off of the breakfast room/den area. This space makes a great spot for grilling with easy access to the kitchen.
The Generac whole home generator that was installed in September of 2022. The generator powers the entire house and automatically comes on within 30 seconds of a power outage. The generator runs on natural gas and shuts off automatically when power is restored. The owners have kept up regular maintenance through a monthly maintenance agreement on this generator since it was installed. 
The driveway expands as you approach the home and is great for additional parking and turning space to make it easy for a three point turn when backing out of the garage. This is also an excellent space for kids to play without venturing out into the street. The home sits on a corner lot, therefore has no neighbors to the left side of the home.
