This custom Frank Lloyd Wright prairie style home was completed in 2013 by the current owners. There are private gardens and patios with the stone walls along the front and sides of the home.
The curved driveway and landscaping by Thompson and Hanson adds to the curb appeal of the home. Landscape lighting is controlled by a timer.
The gated entryway has a mail drop box with keyed entry at the back of the stone column. There is exterior lighting under the eaves and under the porte cochere. To the left of the entry are three doors to a storage area and also a 911 emergency key box is on the entry gate for emergency access.
The entry to the home is accented by stained glass in the door and the side and top panels. The 3 car attached garage is at the rear of the photo.The home is protected against hurricanes by steel behind the walls in the front of the house and the upper floor rear wall. There is also an AC surge protector.

The living room is to the right of the entry. Stone fireplace trim, Regency Horizon gas fireplace with glass crystals. Built-in benches on either side of the fireplace. The high ceiling is accented by the art glass windows.

The dining room is separated from the entry with built-ins and the stained glass art piece. The first patio which is covered can be reached through the door at the end of the dining room.

The Dream Kitchen has a large island, a six burner range in addition to another wall oven and microwave, two dishwashers, two sinks each with a garbage disposal , under counter refrigerator and wine cooler in the pantry.
The breakfast area overlooks the yard and has a door to the second patio with its barbecue grill area. The home also has a generator.

Before the plannng desk is the sliding door to the large walk-in pantry that runs the length of the kitchen. A view in the rear of the photo is the door to the elevator shaft, an entry closet and lighted staircase to the second floor.The laundry room is to the right down the hallway.
Across the hall from the kitchen is the powder room with the stone wall and metal sink. All of the light fixtures including this one complement the style of the home.
Next to the kitchen is the study with the cherry wood cabinets and built-in credenza. There are 12 file drawers and pocket doors to the hallway. There is also accent lighting in the built-in areas.
Next to the study is the primary bedroom, There are reading lights in the ceiling furdown.

Wood shutters, a freestanding tub, double sinks, a private water closet and stone floors accent the large bathroom.
The shower is on the right side of the photo and there are built-ins for linens on the right in the entry. The shower has separate controls for water volume and temperature.

At the top of the stairs is the media/family room. The door in the background would be the elevator entrance when installed. The cherry wood floors are evident in this room and the hallways to the three en suite bedrooms. There is a built-in vacuum cleaner for both floors.
To the left of the media room is an air conditioned and heated mechanical room with two tankless hot water heaters with circulating hot water and extra room for storage. The AC system is a venting pipe system.
