Here's a great view of the gated neighborhood, located in the desirable Spring Shadows area, just off Kempwood. The home backs to a terrific wooded and large greenbelt area, with grazing cattle. Normally it's a lot more green, but it hadn't rained for a long time before the photos... 
Upon entering the home, you're greeted by beautiful hand scraped wood flooring and a lovely and open floor plan, with very desirable first floor living and dining.
The entry foyer is well lit and has crown molding. It has the perfect balance of allowing some privacy from the family room, yet isn't completely closed off. The two car garage is accessed from here, too.

Talk about a retreat! The primary bedroom is enormous! This is a king sized bed, and it looks almost small... Plush carpet underfoot, high ceilings, and three large windows, with transom style windows above. 
And just wait until you experience the en-suite primary bathroom...
Gorgeous travertine floors, completely separate sink areas, granite counters, and the tub and oversized shower are wonderful!
This is the FIRST primary closet - yes, there are two. This is the larger of the two, with two sides so it's easy to share the space. 
Glass block windows add light yet maintain privacy over the jetted soaking tub. The oak raised panels are a lovely accent, and also allow for access to the tub's plumbing and motor if needed. Note the polished stone accent trim around the tub. 
The oversized walk in shower also has a beautiful finish trim, with a large panel of the polished stone to match the trim around the tub! A wall niche is the perfect spot to store your shampoo, etc. 
Lovely and large framed mirrors over the sinks, and the glazed cabinetry goes perfectly with the granite counters. 
The other side of the room has a vanity area, and plenty of drawers for all the essentials.
Walking back into the primary bedroom, you'll get another idea of how large the room is.... and that's the second walk in closet. 
This is a wonderfully sized closet all by itself, but as the second closet, it's about perfect! A window offers lots of light, and there's lots of hanging space and upper shelves. On the left in this photo, is a bank of shelves, great for shoes or linens or t-shirts. 
Very spacious laundry room is ideally located on the second floor, between the primary and secondary bedrooms. No more lugging laundry baskets up and down the stairs!
The second bedroom has two windows that overlook the wooded are behind the house. 
The third bedroom is currently set up as a home office. It's a nice quiet place to get some work done! Both of the secondary bedrooms have crown molding and good closets, too.

And enjoy the cattle grazing! As I mentioned before, the lack of rain this summer has led to the "loss of green" out here, but once it rains it will be so pretty again. This was taken through the window in the third bedroom. The animals show up out here every morning, per the sellers.
Located adjacent to the second and third bedrooms, is the full bath and shower, with a tile surround that reaches to the ceiling. There's also a large separate linen and storage closet, accessible from the hall outside the bathroom. And there's yet another closet in the hall between the primary and secondary bedrooms. So much storage!

There's additional storage space in the eave areas of the third floor, although it's not air conditioned. This room is such a wonderful size, and a welcome addition to an already gorgeous home!

The recently extending patio measures approx. 17' by 13', large enough for entertaining! There are two HVAC units that service the property, one of the outside units was replaced in 2021, per seller. 
The gas cooktop features removable grates. The stone tile backsplash is set in the popular subway tile pattern.
Looking south, you can see Memorial City / City Centre, many of the Energy Corridor high-rises, and the very distinctive Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center. They're all just a few minutes drive. Much closer is the private Houston CHS High School.
