This is a 50,000 gallon custom, free-form pool with a beach entry, raised spa, hand-sculpted Boulder waterfall with grotto and slide, a diving rock, and water wall feature. The “deep end” is 9.5’. There’s a remote control for the pumps and pool equipment; a robotic pool cleaner; and a 400,000 btu heater. Those are Trane AC units with a combined 8.5 tons of AC.
That large “box” is a 30,000 watt Cummins water-cooled whole-house generator with auto-on feature that activates 7 seconds after the power goes out, this unit will run everything, including both AC units and all of the pool features at the same time! Guess who was not freezing last February! That propane tank supplies the generator and pool heater. 
There’s still plenty room to run in this magnificent back yard!

This is the dog’s room! It has AC and heat and a doggie door. If your dogs don’t need their own room, the plumbing is “stubbed out” for a pool bath. This room is accessed only from the back patio area, not from inside the home. 
The flooring in this 3-car garage was once the basketball court in the home of a retired Houston Rocket player! Both garage doors and openers were just replaced. The garage door openers have WiFi and smartphone controls and could also be programmed to your car or with remotes. The garage was just repainted. This one is a showstopper!!!
