Everything inside was replaced: kitchen/bath counters, sinks, bathtub, toilet, etc. All appliances stay: Refrigerator, stove, and washer/dryer. Huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Private patio just outside the living room. New windows keep the electric bill low. Complex has a security gate for entrance, and a seperate security gate to exit. Condos for sale at this complex are rare because families don't move due to the location. In fact, families bring other family members to live here. Finding a condo at this price near central Houston is hard to find. The complex is just off the Southwest Freeway and within walking distance from the Plaza of the Americas which has a movie theatre, grocery store, laundry, clothes, automotive repair, etc. The complex is also on the bus line and the complex did not flood during Hurricane Harvey.
