This house is great for someone that likes to entertain or there are several family members that drive since it has such a large accommodating driveway!

In this photo you can see the entry into the courtyard. There is a gate that can be put back on right at the entry of the courtyard if you desire more privacy. The gate is in the garage currently.
See the bricked courtyard. Add some furniture and it is a great place for a morning cup of coffee and a moment to relax before a busy day!!

This is the spacious Family Room with the brick fireplace and hearth. Notice the pretty laminate flooring and french door.
This is another view of the Family Room. Notice the pass thru area that would be great to have two bar stools so guest can sit and enjoy their favorite beverage while talking to the gourmet chef!!

I love the fact that there is a kitchen doorway right at the Dining Room! I makes it so much easier to set the table, serve your guests and remove the dishes!

From the Dining Room you can see what a great house this is for entertaining guests! You also get a glimpse of the kitchen cabinetry. 
From french doors you can see into the Kitchen, Dining Room and a bit of the Entry Hall. Again add a couple of bar stools and you have a great area to sit and talk to the chef!!
Isn't this an awesome Kitchen? It is so pretty it should inspire any aspiring gourmet chef! The drawers are the "soft close" drawers.
Here is the Kitchen from another angle. Note the large neutral color tile blends well with the wood tone laminate flooring in the Family Room.

On thru the front door and tiled entry. The wood tone laminate floor in the dining room which looks on to the courtyard, is so pretty! French doors in the family room with the corner gas fireplace make this a great place to entertain or enjoy a movie night with family! The kitchen has very pretty cabinetry, soft close drawers and black laminate counters with a brick tile backsplash! Large tile floor and gas range! Any gourmet cook would love to prepare dinner here!! The primary bedroom is spacious and the laminate continues in the primary and secondary bedrooms and hallway! The Primary bath has double sinks and more pretty cabinetry! Ceiling fans in the family room, Primary and secondary bedrooms. In house utility room, also tiled. Double car garage.
