Sanitizer wipes and lotion are readily available and placed throughout the common areas of the property.
The lobby of The Galvestonian offers many seating areas and is a perfect place to greet guests or to sit down with neighbors for a visit. This accommodating meeting area is extensively decorated for major Holidays.
The wide elevator lobby on each floor features three separate elevator bays, there is an additional service elevator (not pictured) that can be used by residents to directly access the owner's parking area and other resources not available to guests.
Free laundry facilities for owners, these machines are not coin operated! Note the wide table for folding clothes pictured to the right of the machines. The Galvestonian also offers linen service for owners looking to save some time.
