The game room is on the right side of the house and those windows overlook the back yard. It's open on the left side, like a loft.
The closet shown is huge! It's being used for holiday decorations, but the builder originally offered an option to make this a third full bath, so you'd have space here for it. You could enclose the openings to make this a 5th bedroom with a closet available in the hallway.
The front bedroom has a nice walk-in closet too, and coffered ceilings to give more height. Some of the touch up paint here doesn't match perfectly, so you will probably want to repaint. The sellers were trying to do a nice thing for you by patching the holes.
