Built in May 2019, this sparkling pool is only 5 years young. One of the favorite features is the extra large tanning ledge and wraparound seat that extends from one side of the tanning ledge all the way to the right side of the pool ( designed as a nice safety feature for little ones or pets ).

This is the larger of the 3 guest bedrooms which faces the front of the home. It was barely used, and carpet is in like-new condition. 
This guest room is right next to the other one and was used even less than the other. Carpet looks and feels brand new in this room. Pets were not allowed in these 2 carpeted guest rooms. 
You will enjoy gathering around this TV under the covered porch . Outdoor remote control fan was installed a few years ago. TV stays on the porch.
