Kolby Wells

Born and raised in Central Texas, Kolby Wells is a realtor who puts the client's needs first. While some of his peers attended college, Kolby dove head-first in the world of business. For seven years, he focused on retail management, often working in excess of seventy hours a week and gaining invaluable experience. Since becoming a realtor, Kolby uses his business acumen to benefit his clients dailly. An avid outdoorsman since childhood, Kolby finds particular enjoyment in locating and showing rural properties in Madison and surrounding counties. Furthermore, he utilizes his hometown knowledge of the area's homes, farms, and ranches to satisfy his clients' needs quickly and efficiently. Kolby is a family man of strong spiritual convictions. When not at the office, Kolby loves spending time with his wife, Kayla, and daughter, Kinlee. Additionally, Kolby serves on the Church Council for Madisonville Christian Fellowship, where he is an active member. Kolby believes that God led him to his current position with Coleman and Patterson Real Estate, and he looks forward to what lies ahead
