Kimberly Deckard, a native Houstonian, is passionate about her professional residential brokerage career. Kimberly began her passion for residential real estate while working with a major real estate investment trust (REIT) leasing upscale apartments in Midtown. She opened the Rice Hotel after its renovation and becoming a historical location for multi-family property. Kimberly relocated to Austin, TX for a few years before returning to the city she dearly loves. While living in Austin, Kimberly volunteered for Austin Pets Alive, which successfully pulled over 200 puppies off the euthanasia list and placed them in loving homes. Kimberly wants her clients to know she is tenacious and determined and will do whatever it takes to make sure her clients are well represented while receiving the top notch level of service they deserve.
