Kimberly Franklin

I am a proud Native Texan with deep roots going back to being a direct descendant of a Texas Declaration of Independence signer, Jesse Grimes and Immigrant Great Grandparent's from Spain. Being a 6th. generation Texan originally from Dayton, Liberty County and now residing in SETX. I have the market knowledge and privilege of serving all the Counties from Harris-Orange and areas North-South as well.

Living and working in such a widespread area my entire life has helped me be familiar with the surrounding markets. And, working in the service industry for 20 years before becoming a Real Estate Agent in '2013. I know what it takes to do the best you can in meeting your clients needs and I believe that you have to put yourself in their shoes to provide the best service and give the most back. I LOVE helping buyers find the home of their dreams. My job is to listen to what my clients need and want to help them purchase or sell. The feeling of knowing I have done my job really well and the relationships I have built along the way makes me very passionate about my career as a REALTOR®!
