Kelly is the proud wife of a Houston Firefighter and the mother of two daughters. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor's Degree in English and continued her education, culminating in a Doctorate Degree from the University of Houston in Professional Leadership. Her commitment to lifelong learning translates well into her current profession.
