Kay is a native Houstonian and is very familiar with Houston's close-in neighborhoods. She grew up in Westbury and Meyerland, and has been a Heights resident for the past 21 years where she enjoys focusing on the historic homes which are her passion.

Kay enjoys working with first-time homebuyers to help guide them through the process, which at times can be overwhelming. She has been involved in real estate all of her career from commercial development, tenant construction, and residential sales and leasing. The majority of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals. She has been involved in transactions from a $10,000 vacant lot to $2,500,000 homes.
