Kathleen Graf

Kathleen Dunwoody Graf is a sixth- generation Houstonian with a contagious enthusiasm for her hometown. She grew up in West University with her brother and two sisters, spending her weekends with the rest of the neighborhood at the little league and softball fields.

With her extensive knowledge of West University, Southampton, River Oaks, Highland Village, Tanglewood, Briargrove and other close-in areas, Kathleen helps her clients find just the right home. But working with Kathleen is not just a business transaction. She realizes buying or selling your home could be a daunting challenge and works to create a relationship that will make the experience a smooth and pleasant one. With great respect for her clients’ time, Kathleen’s attention to detail and preparation are unparalleled. Within her first year as an agent, she was a top producer and named Greenwood King's Rookie of the Year.

When it comes to marketing her clients’ properties, Kathleen draws on her extensive background in marketing and advertising. Her education and work experience have made her an excellent planner, strategic thinker, communicator and enthusiastic team-player. Before becoming a Realtor®, Kathleen served as a product marketing manager for a technology start-up company where she learned the invaluable skills of relationship management and working in high-pressure situations. Even more importantly, she keeps well ahead of the technology curve, which her clients always appreciate. Kathleen received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Advertising from the University of Texas at Austin, graduating with high honors.

Kathleen is passionate about the University of Texas Longhorns and does not miss a football game. She is also an alumnus of the Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. In her spare time, she enjoys working on her creative skills as a floral designer.
