Karim is the Broker and Owner of K&T Realty Group, Inc., in which he manages his Sales Agents in their day-to-day transactions and empowers them to grow and obtain their personal goals. He has achieved a diversified portfolio of Real Estate transactions, which include Single-Family Residential, Foreclosures, Pre-Foreclosures, Industrial and Retail Development, and Leasing and Management. Working with a broad range of clients, and providing them the services that they require for their specific Real Estate transaction.

He has great knowledge for the markets in which he works, and knows his way around all of the real estate scenarios that may come up through the life of a transaction. He guides his clients with his years of experience and his continuous education to ensure he is up to date with any new market or legislative changes.
