She is very knowledgeable of the real estate market where we were looking (around Bender's Landing & the Woodlands). She was fun to work with and very personable. She was a strong advocate for us - she saved us a lot of money and made our transactions flow smoothly. She has many contacts in the area and was able to provide us with very helpful information about the area, home builders, individual neighborhoods, what areas flooded previously, etc. Our daughter and son-in-law used Julie over a year ago when they built a new home and they highly recommended her. Julie still maintains contact with my daughter over two years later. We didn't initially think we really needed a realtor for building a new home but we are very happy we did so and that we used Julie.
