Jodee Kruse is a Broker/Partner and REALTOR® at FYI Realty. Born and raised in Iowa, Jodee moved to the Katy area 20+ years ago in search of warmer weather...which she certainly found! Prior to real estate, Jodee worked in education for 12 years; first as a high school Spanish teacher, and, after obtaining her M.S. in Educational Management, as a secondary assistant principal in LCISD and Katy ISD. As an instructional leader, Jodee learned patience, problem-solving, creative thinking, negotiation, and data analysis, all necessary skills that have contributed to her success in real estate. Jodee truly loves helping people, so it was a natural transition from education into real estate. As a Broker, Jodee trains, mentors, and provides support to other agents, while also working with clients buying and selling homes. Jodee says, "As a real estate professional, I treat every transaction with the care and attention as if it were my own personal property, always putting my clients' needs and interests, first. I have a proven track record; my listings consistently sell for top dollar through effective pricing, staging, and marketing, and I find the right properties for buyers by listening, doing some of the legwork up front, and knowing the market area and conditions." When not selling real estate, Jodee enjoys spending time with her car-industry husband of 21+ years, Justin, and their two girls, ages 15 and 13. When she's not working or chaufeuring her girls between band, volleyball, and friends, she enjoys traveling, singing karaoke in Spanish, and lying by the pool with an occasional glass of sauvignon blanc. As a real-estate investor, one of the biggest challenges we face is looking for the right agent- After a couple of trials i finally saw one of Jodee’s mail-in cards and gave her a call.
