About Jennifer Stence
I've been fortunate to grow up in Katy, Texas. My family has lived in Katy since the late 1800s. Having been raised in Katy and having seen firsthand the growth in west Houston, gives me unique knowledge and insight I can share with clients. Another benefit to clients is the priority I place on continuing my real estate education which was reinforced during the 10 years I taught in the Katy Independent School District. I strive to provide individual service and attention to meet the real estate needs of buyers and sellers. Communicating is a priority. Keeping clients informed throughout the buying or selling process is essential to experiencing a smooth transaction.
