“This past March 2023 , I was living in Miami, FL and began looking at real estate here in Houston in anticipation of my family s upcoming move. A friend here recommended I contact Jennifer to assist with my search. I could tell from the questions that she asked me during our initial conversation that she was experienced, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. Shorting after hiring her, I began to receive very timely and regular emails of properties coming on the market in the areas and price ranges I was interested in. She, in turn, provided me with her own personal thoughts on each of the properties as well. She was also always very reachable by phone text email throughout the entire process. Within a couple of weeks, a new construction home in West University came on the market and, after much back and forth with Jennifer, I made an offer below asking which was accepted. At this point, I could really see Jennifer s strengths shine. She is extremely detail oriented and is on top of however many issues crop up at any point in time. There were a couple of house-related issues ex. leaking appliance which occurred during the closing process but Jennifer was very calm and on top of everything which made this entire process very easy for me. I would highly recommend Jennifer to anyone looking for a high quality, personable and smart real estate agent in Houston and I now consider her to be my friend as well.”
