Braeburn Valley has a lot to offer! An active Civic Club, with Deed Restrictions enforced, SEAL Security Patrol, private trash service (twice weekly), and a neighborhood pool a couple of houses down, across the street. GREAT neighborhood!
The roof was replaced in 2016. Double pane Low-e vinyl windows were installed in 2017. The AC Evaporator Coil was replaced in 2018, and the HVAC System is regularly serviced.
