Ready to make living a little easier?WELCOME HOME! We are only the second owners. Home has been well-maintained. Has had some quality updates.
Covered front porch. The HOA will have your beautiful stained front door refinished every two years. Home painted every 9 years. Dues also pays for 5g internet and lawn service in front yard. You may pay $50/month for them to also do the back yard.
In 2023, driveway and sidewalks were raised and/or repaired and joints re-grouted and sanded. Has a 5-year transferrable warranty.
Wide entry
Wide entry. Note the wood-look, luxury vinyl plank is in the entry as well as all other areas of the home. Flooring completely redone. No tile or carpet.
Another view of wide entry
Archways throughout the home provide a nice look. Also, note the updated fans and light fixtures for a modern look.
Dining room with space for sideboard and/or china cabinet.
This is a little distorted as it is wider than it appears. Open concept living provides a TV nook with extra side space for bookshelves, etc. Notice the 2 full-size couches both with recliners on each end. Plenty of room for that extra seating.
Guest chair on left is also a full recliner. The home layout makes the difference in utilizing the space.
View from living toward wrap-around serving bar. Our stools were from a prior counter-height bar. This bar is a full-height with space for 4 to 5 stools depending on size.
BEFORE the granite install with Corian countertops. Notice the high ceilings allowing plenty of room for tall cabinets and display space . All new appliances...less than 2 years old. Picture holes and most areas have fresh paint and/or touch-ups. Ready for your decor.
After quality granite install. Note: Similar to our selection of flooring, we prefer updates that don't pigeon-hole you to one color them of cool grays or warm beiges/browns. Therefore, flooring and granite has colors that will go with either, no matter what is popular at the time.
This photo is with the prior Corian countertops and while we still lived here.
After granite install with the rounded, bull-nose edges.
View from kitchen toward living area. (with prior Corian countertops) Notice the good condition of the cabinets and deep pan drawers. We were only the 2nd owners. Home was well maintained.
With prior Corian, view toward dining, back door and living area.
Another view of the updated countertops to a high sheen, quality granite.
Close-up of the new granite
Gas stove is 5-burner with the center grill.
Other side of kitchen with EVEN MORE CABINETS and deep storage drawers and more tall cabinets. Refrigerator stays! Less than 2 years old. (photo prior to granite install.)
After granite install. Refrigerator stays!!
Panoramic of kitchen with wrap around serving/eating bar. GREAT for entertaining. (photo prior to granite install)
After granite install.
From kitchen to walk-in pantry straight ahead and laundry room door on right. The perfect spot for trash collection.
View before our move.
Pantry view after the move.
You won't find many laundry rooms with these conveniences. Cabinets added with hanger bar on the right. Installed the shelf above the washer dryer for our charging station and "don't forget" spot when leaving the house. Door is to the garage.
Another view of charging shelf above the washer/dryer.
Other side of the utility room was also updated to accommodate an indoor freezer spot, vacuum and cleaner closet with broom and dusting hangers between the freezer and closet. The most was made of updating usable space.
wide view of area.
Primary bedroom is wide enough for king-size bed, two wide night-stands and a jewelry armoire. There is also a small bench to the left, in front of the window.
View from bathroom door toward small hallway on left and window across the room.
View from window side of the room toward primary bath.
Primary bath with wide vanity for double sinks, allowing plenty of room for a make-up vanity. Notice the same wood-look, vinyl plank floors throughout the home.
Separate shower and jacuzzi tub.
Another view of primary bath looking toward bedroom.
We added the hat rack for our golf hats, but could be used for belts, scarfs, etc.
Added a convenience cabinet for the water closet.
This is bedroom 2 which has a walk-in closet. Or it can be used for a craft room or office. We used for everything.
The loveseat was also an oversized twin bed for those occasions when needed. Otherwise, we used the space the way we preferred when no one else was there.
At the other end of the house is a hallway with a coat closet. AND, this full-size combination tub/shower. It also has a full-size linen closet. More space. And, we added the convenience cabinet above the toilet.
Bedroom 3 is in the front of the house. I used it for my office. With so much already packed and taking up space, I only got this one photo. On the left is a sofa that pulls out into a queen-size bed for guests. The chair in the opposite corner is a recliner. This bedroom also has a walk-in closet.
We extended the patio as we enjoy cooking out. The yard is equipped with an in-ground sprinkler system and french drains for better than normal drainage.
Side view of yard. Notice the lined garden area. It could also be a great landscape place for a flower garden. We preferred the fruit, okra and tomatoes.
View behind the house. The garden area runs the length of the fence. Concrete was poured specifically for building the shed, and has some extra behind it. The small shed also has electricity. AND, that condenser you see was upgraded/replaced in May 2024.
Since we were moving, we did not plant the garden this year. But hopefully you'll get to enjoy some blueberries.
Active Adult, 55+ community. Luxury, wood-look, vinyl, plank flooring in ALL ROOMS. No tile or carpet. Pex piping. Actual 3 bedrooms with walk-in closets. Quality granite in spacious kitchen. Wrap around serving bar for extra seating. All appliances less than 2 yrs. Fridge stays. Updated fans & most fixtures. Lots of extra storage, including deep drawers. En suite primary bath includes private water closet, large walk-in closet with built-ins, separate shower & jacuzzi tub, double sinks at oversized vanity with center sit-down area. Radiant barrier in attic. HVAC previously updated & exterior condenser only recently replaced in May. Added cabinets & broom closet in laundry & added convenience cabinets over both toilets. Driveway & sidewalk leveled and/or repaired in 2023 with 5-yr transferrable warranty. Recent paint. Patio has been extended. French drains & in-ground automated sprinklers. Raised area for flowers or food garden. Small custom shed on concrete foundation has electricity.
