Jannelle Flores

Jannelle Marie Flores is native from Puerto Rico, and moved to Houston, Texas in 2014. Since 2017, she has been working as a Real Estate Agent focused on assisting first time home buyers, sellers, investors and families looking to rent a home. Her main responsibility as Real Estate Agent is to listen carefully, provided updated information based on market conditions, write and review forms and contracts, and guide her clients during each step of the transaction. She believes that good communication is an important key to keep the trust in any relationship. With a bachelor's degree in Psychology and master's degree studies in Social Work, Jannelle can relate and understand any situation when it comes to home buying, home selling, investing or leasing a property. She believes that each real estate investment is a big and important commitment that can be challenging but at the same time, can be extremely rewarding. In 2018, she became certified as Real Estate Professional for Veterans Association for Home Ownership under Armed Forces of the United States of America.
