Before real estate, James pursued a career in sales, spending 10 years in the technology, oil and gas, and engineering sectors. His previous experience has given him the tools to be a skilled negotiator, always working to reach the best terms for his clients.
As a native Houstonian who has seen the highs and the lows of the city's history, James understands the local market, and clients find his knowledge invaluable. The fluent Spanish speaker currently lives in Cypress with his wife of 8 years, a son in high school, a stepdaughter who attends the University of Texas at San Antonio, and two dogs. When James has some time off, he enjoys reading, writing, and keeping his body and mind healthy. In fact, he has run a half marathon and hopes to complete a full one in the near future.
