Jackie was recommended to me by a friend and she spoke highly of her so I decided to give Jackie a chance and contacted her to be my realtor to help me with my first home purchase. She is very friendly, communicates well and listens to what I want and need in my home purchase. She provides good insights and information especially to someone like me who is a first-time homebuyer. She is straightforward and explains well the situation; which I really appreciated because I like to know what to expect especially when negotiating with the seller. She stays on top of her game and always follows up. She made me feel very comfortable and she explained things to me as we go along the way; again, this is something I really appreciated because it can be scary to be a first-time homebuyer not knowing much about the steps of the homebuying process. We been looking for a house for a while, the process every time we stared looking for a house was painful, until we work with Jackie she made everything smooth and easy help and answered all all questions. She was on top of all the paper work and best part handled the negotiation great even when the sellers realtor was a pain.
