Description

INVESTOR ONLY AS IS. This 4 bed 2 bath home needs some serious love. Owner states that a new roof was installed in 2017, the whole house was re-piped with PEX, and a new HVAC system was installed in 2021. Primary bedroom is down and the other 3 bedrooms are up. There is one bathroom up. The downstairs bathroom has a vanity area in the primary bedroom and other vanity area accessible from the hall, which the appraisal district has counted as a bathroom and a half bathroom, but there is only one toilet, so I have listed it only as one bathroom. The tub and part of the wall in this bathroom has been removed. No idea if any of the appliances still work. House has been vacant since May 2022 but the water and electricity have been left on.
