Very private complex in a great location 10 minutes from downtown and easy to hop on I-610, I-290, I-10 and even I-45 to get around Houston. Complex only has 10 1-story condos. 12 foot entrance gate gives maximum privacy. All cars have assigned carport spot. This condo is the 2nd on the right down the exterior hallway. All condos have their own front yards. Excellent layout inside with the kitchen overlooking the main dining/living room. Although there are 2 baths, one bath has a shower that only has cold or hot water, not both for warmth. Therefore, this condo is more like a one full bath and one half bath with two bedrooms. Carpet throughout, tile in the kitchen and bathrooms. Owner will not be making any repairs. The complex has never flooded, but after Hurricane Harvey, the HOA replaced some of the roofs. HVAC was replaced in June 2021.
