Herma worked together on a real estate transaction

I have bought a house through Herma, am currently in the process of selling my house through Herma and will be leasing the house purchased through Herma. I cannot stress how much you need to have a great realtor who not only knows her job but it so good at it. Herma is my realtor - for all and any real estate transactions.
