Hammad's core philosophy in real estate is to build long-lasting relationships with his clients. He is motivated and dedicated in taking the time to learn each client's unique needs to be able to guide them through their real estate goals. He understands that real estate is the ultimate tool in building wealth. Hammad communicates with his clients throughout the entire process. Additionally, he empowers them with the knowledge to make informed decisions every step of the way in their buying and/or selling process.

Hammad earned a bachelor's degree in political science and English literature from the University of Maryland. He then went on to also earn a juris doctorate from the University of Maryland school of law. Here he specialized in contracts and negotiation.

Houston is home to Hammad, his wife, three children, and a mini goldendoodle. He is an avid fan of the Minnesota Vikings and the Dallas Mavericks.
