Evelyn Randle knows the meaning of Service, as a Professional Real Estate Counselor for the past 20yrs she has partaken on the goal to assure that every homeowner has an enjoyable home buying purchasing experience. She's used her acquired knowledge from years of being a Mortgage Broker to assist the affluent and First-time Homebuyer. Nothing excites her more than walking a homebuyer from Credit to Close status. She acquired her Loan Officer License in 2003. She also received her Real Estate License in 2007. She quickly learned that an educated client is a successful client. In 2010 Ms. Randle decided to give back and started teaching the Homebuyer Educational class and seminar at Local Community Redevelopment Corporations to better services her clients. She has been awarded by Cambridge Who's Who, recently award by the City of Houston Business Economic Development Dept.
