Today our house sold and we want to loudly and widely brag that Erin Gorkiewicz is a Super Hero!

Within a few weeks, she brought us a near full price contract; all cash; the buyers made no real demands and in turn, there was no need for us to make demands. It was all ridiculously clean and easy.
