In this description field, I'm supposed to describe what I do as a Realtor. I'm supposed lay out a boring, redundant, explanation of my job function, skills, and expertise, in order to somehow persuade you to choose me over the other guy, who does the exact same thing and is just as qualified. I'm supposed to do so in such a way as to set myself apart from them as 'unique'. Now how exactly do I do that without sounding like every other Realtor? Isn't that in-and-of-itself, ordinary? Dull? Uninspiring? But to be clear and to meet certain quality standards that most folks are looking for, here's a taste of what I can create for you: Half of my real estate business career has been in representing the builder, which is in essence, the Seller. And folks, just so you understand, builders are MASTERS at selling homes. So having someone like me in your court is an asset. Secondly, being that the half of my time has been spent on the seller's side of the builder's desk, I also happen to have a host of knowledge regarding new home construction. So if you're wanting to buy a brand new home, it makes sense to take me with you. I know the builder's secrets. I know what they want and how they think. I might have even trained a few of those sales people. I will pass that secret knowledge on to you.
