When I can learn something from a peer, then I know I'm working with a great REALTOR! Jay and I have had an opportunity to work with one another on more than one occasion. What I appreciate most about him is his professional style - his demeanor at work is calm, solution-seeking and thorough. One more thing I know for sure is that Jay will not move forward with a transaction if t doesn't make any sense. For his clients, this means the goal is client satisfaction and not simply earning a commission. He also loves to negotiate on behalf of his clients, which is something some real estate professionals shy away from. Not Jay!
