Emilio Zaporteza

In the past 28 years, Emil has become an esteemed realtor, highly regarded by his clients and professionals in the field. This is a result of personal service, where buyers and sellers feel completely confident recommending him to family and friends. In fact, 95% of his business comes from referrals, and now many of his clients' children have grown up and become clients themselves.

Emil has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Adamson University in Manila, Philippines. While earning his degree, he met his loving wife of 36 years and counting. After graduation, he migrated to the United States and moved with his wife to Houston, Texas where they raised their wonderful children. He began his career in the chemical Industry as a process engineer for over 15 years.

Over the years, Emil and his wife purchased and remodeled residential homes and developed a passion for home improvement projects and design. He used his entrepreneurial spirit and passion for residential homes to become a realtor and create VEZ Realty, LLC. Following his company's vision and core values, Emil has built a reputation for outstanding service helping both buyers and sellers throughout the greater Houston area and other parts of Texas.

Emil explains the home buying and selling process in English or Tagalog, and he provides a personal level of attention and commitment to client satisfaction that extends beyond the transaction. He even offers to give back 50% of his commission to buyers of newly built homes.

In his spare time, Emil uses his elliptical machine to stay fit, loves to go on long road trips, watches mystery shows on television, and enjoys camping with family and friends.
