Risk Reduction
This 1-hour course is designed to provide license holders with 30 tips on how to stay out of trouble in their transactions with the public. Tips include how agents must resist providing services they are not qualified or licensed to provide. Practical suggestions are made on how to handle problem areas such as disclosure and contract issues.
The objective of the course is to keep agents out of disputes, TREC complaints, and litigation. The relevance is clear to any real estate license holder doing business on the street. It will assist them in avoiding mistakes that lead to disputes and therefore protects the public as well. |
