Houston is the 4th largest city in the United States and HAR is one of the largest local real estate associations in the country. Global investors are looking at our city and state more than ever before and HAR Realtor® members need to be prepared for an international transaction. This course will help enhance your knowledge of how the Greater Houston area, and the state of Texas, is changing demographically, where people are moving and what types of real estate foreign buyers are purchasing. Experienced practitioners such as Realtors®, immigration and tax attorneys and global lenders will participate, and several countries will be highlighted and used as “case studies” during the program.
