The Houston Association of REALTORS® (HAR) is hosting a comprehensive housing symposium to address critical issues impacting housing in the Greater Houston area, and to provide education to HAR members and real estate professionals on how to best navigate these difficult times. HAR operates one of the most frequented real estate websites in the country, and we have been at the forefront of witnessing the impact escalating home values and a shortage of housing inventory has had across the state of Texas. Additionally, real estate professionals continue to have to guide consumers through issues like increased property taxes, fair housing violations and other barriers to housing.
