MLS Rules
The Multiple Listing Service rules have become increasingly more involved as our marketplace becomes more complicated. Newer agents need more training in this important area and experienced agents need both a refresher and update on the numerous and significant changes in these rules. In this course we will review the MLS rules with a view towards compliance and avoidance of fines.
The objective of the course is to introduce or update license holders’ knowledge in the correct use of the database most useful to agents and the public.
The relevance includes not only compliance with the MLS rules, but also an appreciation of how the MLS rules intersect the National Association of Realtors® Code of Ethics, the Texas Real Estate License Act, and the Rules of the Texas Real Estate Commission.
